Domestic Shipments are sent from our Sydney warehouse via Toll Priority Ground Service for delivery within 3-5 business days of order receipt. Shipping charges are per delivery address and items ordered together may not necessarily ship together in the same box. All customers will receive an order confirmation and final invoice once your order has been successfully processed. In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by logging on to Toll Ipec Australia Services www.tollipec.com.au/services.aspx and selecting 'Track My Parcel' in the far right column to enter your Consignment Number.
International Shipments.
We currently ship to several international countries. Select your destination from the list of international countries on the "Shipping" drop-down tab, located on the Checkout page. International shipping charges do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. Larger items are measured on the cubic weight and may incur an extra fee*.If you would like your order from The Lowercase shipped to an international address not listed on the Checkout page please place your order via orders@thelowercase.com.au or contact us on +61 2 8096 2939.
International Orders are charged at a flat-rate of AUD $19.95 for delivery via Priority Courier within 3-7 working days.
Free shipping on orders over $180.00 is not valid on international shipments.
Sold-Out?
All products proposed online have a limited availability. Our team works around the clock to keep The Lowercase website as up to date as reasonably possible but cannot guarantee that any particular Item will always be available. If in the very unlikely circumstance we cannot supply your order we will notify you as soon as possible via your preferred method of contact and release the funds being held in your account for the purchase.To check stock at the time of the order, each article is taken into account during the shopping process. When a product is identified as SOLD OUT it is no longer available to order. However according to the availability of our suppliers, the product may be restocked at a future date, and if you wish you may be informed by e-mail.

Returns / Exchange Policy.
The Lowercase team take pride in their work and want you to enjoy your selected product. So if something is not quite right, please let us know and we can issue an exchange for another colour, another design, or an entirely different product.Please email any concerns to: orders@thelowercase.com.au, and be sure to follow the return requirements below.
Our Standard Return Requirements.
1. Email the studio at orders@thelowercase.com.au, to notify us of your exchange. Unsolicited returns that have not be warranted for an exchange will not be accepted.2. An original receipt must accompany all returns or exchanges. Returned merchandise must be in original condition and packaging. Opened or washed merchandise cannot be accepted for an exchange.
3. Send the product back to us by Registered Mail within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package to be credited with an exchange. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
