When you register or order a product from The Lowercase on our website you may be required to submit basic information such as your name, email address, shipping/billing address, post-code, phone and credit card information. The Lowercase respects this an online requirement, and will never loan, trade or sell personal information gathered online.

This tracking ensures the helps us work towards achieving our aim: To create an enjoyable boutique shopping experience and provide you with the highest level of customer service. This information will be used to make our future marketing efforts more efficient, so we don’t waste your time. To be eligible to purchase Items on The Lowercase website you must:a. be the holder of a valid debit/credit card
b. warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate and current in all respects
c. you agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
When you order an Item from thelowercase.com online boutique you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to the Terms and Conditions governing this website.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email acknowledging the exact details of your order, providing you with a payment reference and the value of your order that will be debited from your credit/debit card. This is not an order confirmation, nor an order acceptance. Unless we have notified you that we are unable to fulfill your order, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when you receive an email from us notifying you that we have dispatched the Items ordered by you.

We may not accept your order if (i) an item you have ordered is out of stock, (ii) we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or (iii) if we identify a product or pricing error. If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by your preferred method of contact: email or telephone, to advise of the situation.
At The Lowercase studio we have taken great care to ensure that the Items on our website are presented as accurately as possible. However please be aware that colour clarity will depend upon your own personal monitor and we therefore cannot guarantee that the colour of the actual Item is represented 100% accurately on-screen. However, as you will see, all our designs articulate their true beauty in real life, blooming and bursting in full colour.
These Terms & Conditions govern the sales by The Lowercase in relation to all products available online at thelowercase.com.au.
The Lowercase Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions
It is much more fun to give than it is to receive, and at The Lowercase boutique, where we are waiting to help you find your perfect gift.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your gift certificate purchase containing a personalized Gift Code for online redemption. We will also courier one of our signature silver Lowercase Gift Certificates to the address of your choice. The Lowercase Gift Vouchers are valid for up to six months from the date of issue and are redeemable for all items available at our online boutique. Purchases exceeding available balance require the difference paid by another method. Unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited. We reserve the right to change any terms in The Lowercase Gift Certificate Gift Terms & Conditions at any time.
